This is a Do-It-Yourself (DIY), self-guided board & train, structured by a dog behavior expert & trainer. Your personal results will be determined by your dog's breed, genetics, and temperament combined with your level of effort & willingness to integrate the principles & practices shared with you into your daily lifestyle. Progress towards training goals and/or full behavior change is guaranteed for every owner who follows instructions, puts in a considerable amount of work to receive a return on their investment, and therefore it is non-refundable. By purchasing this dog training solution & services, you (the "Client") acknowledges that dog training and associated activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to damages or injuries from disease, death, running away, theft, fire, or any other causes, including those resulting from the dog's failure to respond to cues or behaviors trained by Janna's Pack K9 Training, LLC (the "Trainer"), or from counseling provided to the Client. The Client agrees to assume all risks associated with the services provided by the Trainer and hereby releases Janna's Pack K9 Training, LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability for damages, injuries, or losses incurred during or as a result of the services provided.
