By purchasing this dog training solution & included resources, you (the "Client") acknowledges that dog training and associated activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to damages or injuries from disease, death, running away, or any other causes, including those resulting from the dog's failure to respond to cues or behaviors trained by Janna's Pack K9 Training, LLC (the "Trainer"), or from counseling provided to the Client.
The Client agrees to assume all risks associated with the services provided by the Trainer and hereby releases Janna's Pack K9 Training, LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability for damages, injuries, or losses incurred during or as a result of the training solution, resources, and services provided. This release includes, but is not limited to, injuries or damages caused by the Client's dog(s) to persons, animals, or property, as well as any unintentional errors, omissions, environmental interactions, or incorrect assertions made by the Trainer in the course of providing services.
